Executive Compensation/Human Resources Network

A network dedicated to senior compensation executives with a focus on executive compensation and the role it plays in overall human resource strategy.

The Network brings together senior-level professionals responsible for executive compensation programs and policies and offers members the opportunity to discuss and share information on current executive compensation and related HR topics. With a focus on networking, high-level discussion, sharing best practices, and exchanging critical information in a confidential setting, the EC/HR Network agendas address executive compensation issues and executive compensation’s role in overall HR strategy. As a network, we explore the role of executive compensation in the strategies regarding talent management, succession planning, recruitment, and retention.

At two meetings per year, you will be able to network with your professional peers who face similar challenges; hear from leading experts in the compensation and HR arena; keep abreast of changing legislative and regulatory actions; and get the information you need to maintain an effective and motivated cadre of executives with compensation and HR programs designed within the context of competitive global business needs.
