ORC’s Global Reward Meeting Group, based in London, is a network of reward and compensation managers in multinational organizations with headquarters or regional offices in Europe.

In a casual environment, members meet for intensive sharing of best practices, group analysis of new initiatives and ideas, and discussions of current issues common to the membership.

The group’s agendas are tailored to the members’ current interests and needs. A steering committee assists in proposing agenda items that are sent to members who then indicate their order of preference. Discussions are practical, results-oriented and completely confidential.

Informal networking opportunities are built into all sessions. The professional relationships forged at these meetings are maintained and strengthened between meetings by both casual and structured contacts, including research and surveys relevant to individual members’ needs.
