The SIRS® U.S. Salary Budgets & Structure Adjustments Survey provides the latest information on how companies are planning to reward their executives, and exempt and nonexempt employees. The survey reports annual planned changes in salary structures, and merit, promotion, variable pay, and special budgets. All ORC Worldwide domestic survey clients are invited to participate in this survey each year. In 2007, 496 companies representing 26 industries submitted data.
