Data are collected for the following employee categories: executive, technical, administrative, clerical/office, technician, and production/maintenance. The survey covers annual planned changes in salary structures as well as information regarding merit, promotion, variable pay, and special budgets. Reports can be customized according to the market mix you select and geographic region, depending upon data reported.
With the Standard Report, you will know:
- Whether participating companies maintained or adjusted their originally planned merit increases for the year
- Which industries have budgeted the highest and lowest increases for executives
- How increases for exempt and nonexempt personnel compare with those for executives
