SIRS® Sales Compensation Survey, Consumer Products
The SIRS® Sales Compensation Survey, Consumer Products offers competitive pay information for 39 benchmark jobs in the consumer products sales industry. In 2007, the survey covered more than 5,300 incumbents from 26 consumer products companies. The survey follows the same format as the SIRS® Benchmark Survey, using benchmarks, levels, and modifiers as the standard of comparison. The report contains two major sections: Benchmark Data (compensation and bonus plan design) and General Practices (collected online).
