This report covers base compensation, short-term incentives, and total cash.
Long-Term Compensation Report
This report provides data on the types and number of incentive units awarded, the Grant Value as a Multiple of Base Pay, the Expected Present Value at Grant Date, and the Expected Present Value as a Multiple of Base Pay.
Total Direct Compensation Report
This report combines the information from the Annual Compensation Report and Long Term Incentive Report to give you the value of total direct compensation received plus an analysis of how compensation elements (base, short-term and long-term incentives) are distributed.
Total Direct Compensation Data Summaries
Summary results are provided in Excel format for each benchmark by:
- Revenue, according to four different size groupings ranging from under $250 million to more than $2.5 billion per year;
- Organization, sorted by corporate or group business units, and division or subsidiary business units; and
- Geographical scope of responsibilities from domestic to international to global.
