SIRS® Job Levels: Logical, Consistent, Accurate

SIRS® job levels produce more accurate job comparisons because they provide consistent, logical differentiation between levels of work. SIRS® job levels are based upon objective compensable factors that reflect the degree of skill, complexity, and responsibility associated with a job. Many participating organizations use SIRS® job levels and the compensable factors as their own job evaluation tool, allowing both internal and external comparisons.

SIRS® Level Charts

SIRS® Job Levels and leveling criteria are displayed on easy-to-use charts. There are four main SIRS® Level Charts: Supervisory/Management, Technical, Administrative, and Office, Technician, Production. These competency-based level charts create a common language across an organization for assessing performance, contribution, growth in development, and talent management.
