Local National Salary Increase Survey
The SIRS® Local National Salary Increase Survey (LNSIS) provides salary increase data for international organizations. The survey covers increases awarded in the current year as well as projected increases for the following year across 90 countries.
The LNSIS offers unique insight into trends across the globe and is particularly geared to the international compensation practitioner who needs support with:
- Merit increase budgeting/validating
- Aging local market compensation data
- Expatriate assignment cost analysis
- Due diligence for acquisitions.
Survey data is reported for all industries and seven industry groups, and covers three discrete employee levels:
- Executives
- Managerial, professional, and technical employees
- Clerical, administrative, and support.
The survey is conducted twice each year. Each edition of the survey has a distinct focus.
The spring edition covers:
- Actual increases awarded in the first quarter
- Budgeted year-end increases for the current year
- Estimated increases for the following year
The fall edition covers:
- Actual increases awarded in the current year
- Budgeted increases for the following year
