SIRS® Sales Compensation Survey, Medical Devices
The annual SIRS® Sales Compensation Survey, Medical Devices offers competitive pay, policy and practice information for a select group of sales benchmark jobs in the medical devices industry.
In 2009, the survey covered more than 14,000 incumbents from 41 Medical Devices companies. The survey follows the same format as the SIRS® Benchmark Survey, using benchmarks, levels, and modifiers as the standard of comparison.
This survey’s Basic Report contains two major sections: Benchmark Data and General Practices.
