SIRS® Sales Compensation Survey, Medical Devices
The SIRS® Sales Compensation Survey, Medical Devices offers competitive pay information for a select group of sales benchmark jobs in the medical devices industry. In 2007, the survey covered more than 10,000 incumbents from 33 medical devices companies. The survey follows the same format as the SIRS® Benchmark Survey, using benchmarks, levels, and modifiers as the standard of comparison. The report contains two major sections: Benchmark Data (broken out by Product Line and Sales Volume) and General Practices.
