Industry Meetings
Another way SIRS® Benchmark Survey participants get more from their participation is through active involvement in SIRS® Industry Meetings. These meetings feature:
- Networking and professional development opportunities
- Presentations by outside experts on issues and trends
- Workshops
- Forums, discussion groups, and ad hoc surveys
- Job matching meetings to discuss emerging or changing benchmarks, and to assure consistent use of benchmarks and levels within an industry (these meetings also may be arranged at the request of a SIRS® participant)
