The SIRS® U.S. New Graduate Salary Survey collects compensation data from employers regarding actual pay and incentives for recent college graduates, interns, and co-ops.
Survey data can be cut by industry. It is also provided by type and level of degree, providing additional insight regarding hiring rates by degree.
All U.S.-based SIRS® survey participants are invited to participate in this supplemental survey. Organizations that participate receive the Standard Report at no charge.
