SIRS® Global Survey, Puerto Rico
The SIRS® Global Survey, Puerto Rico offers competitive pay information for benchmarks concentrated primarily in the manufacturing and administrative functions, consistent with the Puerto Rico operations of SIRS® participants. Pairing this survey with the SIRS® Benchmark Survey would enable you to make valid comparisons across business units and geographies.
The survey follows the same benchmark formatting as the SIRS® Benchmark Survey, using levels and modifiers, as well as the same job families and subfamilies. In 2009, the survey will be open to organizations in all industries.
The survey includes a General Practices survey that is conducted online and includes the following:
Car Practices Survey
Data is collected for car ownership status, type of vehicle, and allowances in all exempt workforce segments (i.e., administrative, technical, management, middle management, top management, and sales representatives).
Christmas Bonus Survey
Data is collected on multiple elements regarding Christmas bonuses (i.e., flat amount or percent of base or midpoint).
Salary Budgets and Structure Adjustment Survey
This data can help you set salary budgets based upon the latest information on how companies are planning to reward their employees.
