ORC is pleased to offer SIRS® survey participants training on how to use SIRS® tools, techniques, and data most effectively. In addition to the courses below, SIRS® staff can conduct custom training at your facility or via the Web.

SIRS® Basic Training Workshops
During this workshop, attendees learn to match and level jobs, submit data, and use the SIRS® system. Participation is reserved exclusively for SIRS® Benchmark Survey participants. During their first year in the survey, new participants may send one attendee to this workshop at no cost.
SIRS® Market Data Analysis Workshops
This course reviews typical compensation report content and uses. This course is ideal for SIRS® survey participants who are responsible for conducting the data analysis that will form the foundation for recommendations to management with regard to maintaining a positive position relative to market data.
SIRS® Total Cash Analysis for Incentive Compensation Design
This course builds upon the SIRS® Market Data Analysis Workshop, broadening the participant’s scope of market data interpretation. It is designed for SIRS® participants who are responsible for developing recommendations that will be used as the basis for establishing target total cash, as well as the mix of fixed and variable incentive pay.
