Employment Law and Litigation Group
A network for senior in-house counsel specializing in labor and employment law at major corporations
Senior in-house labor and employment lawyers from leading companies meet three times a year in a confidential setting to share innovative responses and practical solutions to complex legal problems facing their companies. The group shares the most effective employer responses to developments in legislation, regulation, and litigation; networks with other senior employment counsel; and evaluates outside counsel, expert witnesses, and ADR professionals.
Members also provide company policies, practices, and experiences with employment law and litigation, and contribute to ORC comments on federal regulatory proposals.
Between meetings, members participate in formal and informal periodic surveys, conduct teleconferences, and benefit from current materials provided by ORC staff, including analyses of recent legal, regulatory, and legislative developments.
Members earn CLE credit for meeting attendance, and—most valuably—they gain a network of peers with whom they can confidentially discuss major issues as they face them.
