Workforce Opportunity Network
A network for senior leaders of diversity initiatives or EEO/AA compliance programs, or both, at major corporations
Diversity and EEO/affirmative action compliance: this dual-focus on today’s complex and subtle workforce issues is what makes the Workforce Opportunity Network unique. Members from a cross-section of industries meet five times a year to exchange company practices and experiences in a dynamic and confidential interactive forum. They learn from their peers in leading companies about cutting-edge corporate policy and initiatives designed to take their diversity initiatives to the next level.
Members with an EEO/AA focus discuss practical responses to the evolving regulatory and legal environment. They participate on task forces and contribute to ORC comments on proposed federal rules.
Between meetings, networking continues through mini-surveys, teleconferences, and benchmarking studies of best practices. ORC provides a wealth of substantive resources, including a members-only Web site with analyses, speaker presentations, and meeting materials. These comprehensive updates and analyses of domestic and global diversity and EEO issues, including a daily electronic news service, keep corporate leaders prepared to manage their most pressing diversity and EEO/AA challenges.
