MidCap Senior Human Resource Officers’ Network
A network for the highest-level human resource executives of innovative midcap companies
Similar to the Senior HR Officers' Network, but uniquely focused on the needs of companies with revenues of approximately $1-3 billion, this network brings together the senior-most human resource executives of such companies to exchange experiences, problem-solve, and learn together.
Member companies are typically evolving from “smallish” to larger sized organizations and trying to find effective ways to preserve their entrepreneurial spirit while still laying solid foundations and infrastructure. Staffs are thin, but experiences are not!
Agendas remain flexible and focused on timely, practical exchange of lessons learned, resources that are particularly good at serving this market place, and other challenges facing this group of peers. The group meets three times each year in small, confidential sessions during which current issues and concerns are discussed.
Between meetings, members remain in touch via electronic bulletin boards and contacts with ORC. They also participate in a number of surveys along with the larger companies in ORC's Senior HR Officers' Network, and glean results from the entire survey as well as feedback derived exclusively from their midcap peers.
